Numbers App constantly shuts down on Ipad4.

Numbers app constantly shuts down on iPad 4, IOS 9.0.2, I have turned off iCloud, deleted app, reinstalled and reset iPad. Numbers works great on my Macbook and Iphone.

Please Help
